Location and surroundings

Breskens is a cozy fishing and harbor town. It is located in the southernmost province of the Netherlands, in Zeeland, on the Scheldt estuary into the North Sea.

Directly behind the dike there are approximately 20km of beautiful sandy beaches that are ideal for swimming and beach walking. The bathing water quality is excellent.

If you look carefully on the beach at low tide, you can find fossilized shark teeth and other fossils that wash up on the beaches.

Breskens also has a marina with a fishing museum and many shops, from supermarkets to specialty shops, as well as extensive options to quench hunger and thirst, from fine restaurants to takeaways with fish/chips etc.
In the harbor you can also buy fresh fish and eat well.

From Breskens you can reach many interesting excursion destinations.

are historic cities on Dutch soil that can be reached by car through the Westerschelde Tunnel.

In nearby Belgium are Aardenburg, Brugge, Ghent and Ostend.

Nature lovers will find peace and relaxation in Het Zwin, Zwarte Polder and the Butterfly Park.

The holiday homes are located about 800m behind the dike in the Breskens/Schoneveld holiday park in the southernmost part of the Netherlands, in the Zeeuwsch-Vlaanderen region, the province of Zeeland, the part of the Netherlands with the most hours of sunshine.

The park has a heated swimming pool and dining options, as well as a well-stocked supermarket for everyday essentials.

For the children, a playground, a volleyball court and a soccer field round off the offering.

The “Nieks” play park is located directly at the holiday park.

Prices

The rental prices for your vacation are calculated individually depending on the season and the number of vacationers. Therefore these are only available upon request.

The costs for electricity, gas, water and internet use are included in the rental price.

The complete cleaning after your departure is €77.00 and an additional €25.00 per dog.

The booking fees are €50.00.

For our security, we charge a deposit of €100.00 before the start of your vacation.
This will be refunded to you in full at the end of your holiday, provided no defects occurred during your stay.

In the Netherlands there is a tourist tax of €1.55 per person per night.
